Entertainment Manager Accountable for managing the resort’s entertainment, a signature offering of the Sandals brand. The successful candidate should exceed guest expectations by ensuring the presentation of vibrant, diverse, adult -interactive entertainment offerings, utilizing internal and external talent. Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

 Passionately markets the activities of the department and sees to creation of ‘eye catching’ material to promote events, build guest awareness and stir interest.

 Plays a critical role in organizing special events at the hotel, including staff parties, birthday events, monthly staff awards, bon voyage parties etc.

 Plays a lead or coordinating role in standard company-mandated activities such as ReunionWeek, Annual Prestige Awards, Fun Days and Manager’s Cocktail Parties etc.

 Protects entertainment integrity through high-value productions and professional entertainment standards, bearing in mind the sophisticated and international nature of the audience.

 Develops department’s operational plan and budget, including staffing guide and capital requirements.




Qualifications and Experience:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts or Entertainment.

 Three (3) years’ progressive management experience or two (2) years’ experience in the Hospitality or Entertainment industry.

 Practical exposure to recreational in-door/out-door games/activities. If successful, a clean police record will be required.
