We are looking for professional, high-energy bartenders with excellent communication skills. It is the primary responsibility of the Bartender to provide/mix/prepare drinks to the expectations of our players and maintain the cleanliness of the bar. Should also possess the following qualities: extensive knowledge of drink recipes and product knowledge, customer service skills, active listening skills, and the ability to recommend drinks. Minimum of two  years’ experience in a similar capacity. Able to work flexible hours and days.
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and fun-loving, bubbly personality individuals to welcome and greet each player as they enter and escort them to the terminals for play. Should be able to keep abreast with promotions and events in order to respond to players’ inquiries. Must be professional and personable, with excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to work flexible hours and days.
We are expanding and are looking to recruit experienced, motivated, and results-orientated Accounts Clerks for our offices in the north and south of the island. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing technical accounting support and administrative support to Accounting Manager, paying jackpots, and assisting in preparing financial reports. Must have a recognized degree in accounting or equivalent experience. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity would be an asset.
Loyalty Player Specialist
We are looking to recruit professional, high-energy, customer savvy individuals with excellent communication skills for our Baywalk location. Responsibilities include but is not limited to providing reward and support services; responsible for the administrative, operational, and analytical aspects of the Loyalty program. Assist in engagement and retention to drive game play. Provide excellent service to players and agents.
We are looking for technically savvy individuals with an understanding and ability to troubleshoot routing systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; conducting repairs and replacing gaming devices installed at gaming locations, monitor and advise on maintenance activities within the market, provide excellent service to customers and agents. Good working knowledge of island and parishes, knowledge of customer locations. Must possess a valid driver’s license, appropriate for vehicle operated. The ability to identify major components of gaming machines would be an asset.
Player Services Representative
We are looking to recruit professional, enthusiastic, customer savvy individuals with an outgoing personality, and advance skills in cash handling procedures to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; receive and account for cash paid by customers; process player winnings; issue receipts and place game credits; provide efficient and courteous service to customers, answer customer questions about game content, base and jackpot prizes and current promotions
Contracted Promotions Representative
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and fun-loving, bubbly personality individuals to join our Marketing team. The Promotions representative is responsible for the execution of CAGE loyalty program registration process at CAGE Agent locations in accordance with the Sales and Marketing agenda developed and
provided. The contract is on a monthly basis and could be extended up to 3months.
We are recruiting an experienced, business savvy, goal focused and hardworking Venue Manager to supervise operations, ensure compliance by staff of company & departmental policies and procedures. Provide efficient and courteous service to customers. Maintain & support effective staff and customer relationships.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience; preferably in sales, hospitality or retail environment
Associate or Undergraduate Degree in Management. Relevant experience will be considered in absence of a formal degree.
Certificate in Supervisory Management from accredited institution.
Certificate in computer operations (MS Office suite) from accredited institution
Proficient in customer service
Good communication skills
Good analytical skills
Highly literate and numerate
Ability to write reports.
Effective time and self-management
Ability to delegate effectively.
Familiarity with Video Lottery Terminal games (training provided)
Must own a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
