Assistant Jade Mountain Club Manager
The Assistant Club Manager shall be responsible for assisting the Manager in the day to day operations of the Club, reporting directly to the Jade Club Manager. This position is responsible for all aspects of the club’s management with special attention given to operations leadership with respect to food and beverage management, event planning and maximizing overall guest satisfaction.
Responsible for assisting in the overall membership services to ensure an outstanding experience for all FCC members and guests.
Fosters relationships with all guests
Assists in establishing and maintaining a “best practices” approach in controlling expenses while maintaining member satisfaction.
Ensures the club is not placed in a position of liability by non-compliance with regulatory requirements and acts of negligence or poor management decisions.
Manage and clearly define direct reports goals and objectives. Providing consistent feedback towards continuous improvements.
Develop and monitor basic Human Resource policies.
Assist in leading our clubhouse operations ensuring the highest quality and standards of food, beverage and related services.
Should also possess the following SKAs:
Ability to work well in a high pressure environment;
Ability to attend to challenging situations with outstanding problem-solving skills to perform service recovery;
Profound knowledge of wines and spirits;
Attention to detail;
Excellent organizational and planning skills;
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor at a luxury hotel property;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Proficiency in First Aid, CPR and AED
Compensation will be influenced by the successful candidate’s qualification, experience and skill.
