Core Function

 

Ensure the profitable growth of the services and channels as well as customer satisfaction, through the design, direction, coordination and planning of established business strategies and services
Maintain and increase segment productivity and profitability by identifying business opportunities, providing guidelines for analytical marketing and aligning the resources to execute value propositions to the segment and sub-segments.
Manage and monitor products and services offer and performance, taking into account internal factors, customers’ life cycle, market and international aspects with the purpose of supporting the business profitability as well as providing timely information for decision making.

Profile

  • Client life cycle and relationship management
  • Management of segmentation and portfolio distribution strategy
  • Strategic planning and monitoring
  • Business case development, cost-benefit and feasibility analysis
  • Negotiation and definition of value propositions
  • Thorough knowledge of products and services operations
  • Development, improvement and configuration of products and services
  • Definition of delivery channels strategy
  • Up-to-date knowledge on market and industry trends
  • Planning of service strategy, value chains and operations
  • Design and monitoring of KPIs, scorecards, service level agreements
  • Ability to process large amounts of data in an organized manner through mathematical and statistical approaches

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; interpersonal skills; demonstrated reliability, attention to detail
  • Local standards and Regulations. Banking policies of regulators. Basic statistical concepts.
  • Marketing techniques.

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Related field, Systems Engineering
  • Training in use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), MS Internet Explorer, MS Project, SQL, Business Intelligence Platform Cognos, Tableu (SAS, Siebel Analytics etc. is desirable but not required0
  • Minimum of four (4) years Banking Experience with special emphasis on lending.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position

  • Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
