Peter’s Holdings Ltd. representing Nissan invites suitably interested candidates to apply for an opportunity to work in the position of Workshop Manager in the Service Department.
The key functions to be performed successfully are as follows:
To delegate and direct service tasks, monitor the progress of current projects, and manage service team members to ensure the team’s objectives and sales goals are met.
To coordinate and ensure the satisfactory execution of all activities related to the repair of all vehicles requiring engine repair, maintenance work or related repairs
To handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
To produce and analyze service and sales reports
To ensure the efficient processing of Warranty Claims
To ensure the efficient management of financial transactions in the Service Department
To perform any other related duties
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
An Associate Degree in Business Administration and/ OR City and Guilds Advanced Diploma in Automotive Engineering
Three (3) years’ experience as an automotive technician
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Oral and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships
Experience in The Automotive Industry would be an asset
A valid driver’s license would be an asset.
