Role
- Be the Business Partner for the Opco Sales and Marketing Management Teams and through good understanding of the commercial processes ensure effective business decision making

Education
- Graduate degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- Finance/Accounting background. Professional Certifications including: ACCA/CGA/CA/CPA
Experience
- 4 - 5 years’ experience in analysis and with development of meaningful financial information
- Experience in leading and managing a diverse team of individuals as well as organizing and leading cross-functional teams of individuals
- Experience in a commercial and/or financial environment would be an asset
Competencies
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks
- Ability to interact and communicate with multiple levels within the organization
- Ability to work well in a matrix environment with participation in cross functional teams
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret results and provide insightful commentary
- Skills in preparation of good business cases
- Proactive and not afraid to challenge
