Looking for a Part-Time, Online Reservations Agent/Vacation Planner
For Our Family-Run and Boutique Villa Rental Company
We are looking for a flexible, organized, and motivated sales person to add to our small reservations team for 2-3 days/week (including most weekends), working exclusively from home and online, and for our boutique, family-run hotel and villas operation base on the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia, but with reservations main office in Canada.
Your job will be to receive and convert sales inquiries, create and manage reservations, update listing websites and reservation channels (such as Airbnb, Homeaway), and periodically assist in some of our content creations efforts like blogging and social media.
Your job is to…
- Have exceptional customer service & sales skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication, be extremely organized and detailed-focus.
- Become an expert in all our properties and offerings.
- Receive and convert inbound inquiries by phone & email.
- Manage and nurture guests from start to finish in their experience; from reservations, to helping plan their trip, check-ins and follow-up of their stay.
Travel background, customer service/sales experience are an asset
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
