VACANCY ALERT: SALES ASSOCIATE
We are currently recruiting more Sales Associates for our Retail stores in the Hewanorra International Airport and Baywalk. As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities included but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments accurately and balancing cash register and receipt.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions, new launches and merchandising.
- Being involved in stock control and management, maintaining inventory and ensuring items are in stock.
- Four O Level’s including English and Maths.
- Must have strong communication skills, confidence and tactful, with good negotiation skills.
- Good reading/comprehension skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer service experience is an asset.
- Punctuality/ discipline is a must.
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, based on Baywalk Mall scheduled opening hours and airport flight hours.
- Willing to be shifted to different store locations when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and the POS system is an asset.
