Vacancy: Relief Night Auditor
As the Relief Night Auditor at The Landings Resort and Spa, the ideal candidate will play a vital role in
supporting the financial operations of our luxury resort and providing exceptional customer service to guests
during overnight hours.




Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Process end-of-day reports and prepare daily financial summaries for management review.
• Prepare daily reports and analyze financial data.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all financial transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk and lobby, to ensure a welcoming
environment for homeowners, tenants, and transient guests.
• Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, following established protocols and procedures.




Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably at a luxury resort is preferred.
• Strong ethics, with the ability to manage confidential data.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Sharp time management skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS.
