Vacancy - Logistics Coordinator
Logistics Coordinator will report to both Sales Managers for CHI Shuttles and CHI Relocations Concierge. The Logistics Coordinator will be a field position as well as administrative. This individual will be called on to assist with Marketing projects such as updating (Facebook and Instagram), and special events such as ARC and Trade Shows. The individual was be resilient, flexible and capable of working with a start- up company.
Job Description:
- Responsible for Database of vendors and information relevant for relocation clients as well as CHI Shuttles
- Will assist with the execution of Marketing initiatives
- Assist with updating FB and Instagram Pages
- Manage and coordinate every aspect of CHI Shuttles being proactively involved from the start to end of the guest experience
- Supervise Tour Guides by handling scheduling and ensuring they deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Assist CHI Shuttles Sales Manager with weekly hotel visits, weekly hotel cocktail Parties, occupancy reports and managing sponsor relationships
- Generate invoices for payments and follow up accordingly
- Assisting CHI Relocations Concierge Sales Manager with the relocations process as needed
- Other duties that reasonably fall within the portfolio of CHI Shuttles and CHI Relocations
Skillset and Qualifications
- Charismatic and People person
- Organized and MS Office Savvy
- Disciplined and able to Manage Time efficiently
- Previous experience in an Administrative position but a zeal to learn and grow within a company by taking on new challenges
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be innovative
Minimum Associate Degree
Two years work experience
Additional: Cell Phone allowance and Transportation allowance (must own or have access to a vehicle)
