Position: Customer Service Representative
Reports To: Team Supervisor

Customer Service Representatives – Contact Center – A Go Answer receptionist is a connection maker, bringing back personal customer experiences in a technology-driven world.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner.
Deliver amazing customer service by connecting with your customer and demonstrating a caring and empathetic approach during each engagement
Addressing complaints, queries and feedback from our clients and patiently providing the best possible solutions.
Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve positive connections by going the extra mile.
Develop a thorough understanding of client's products and services.
Follow account procedures and/or scripts with a personal touch.
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the client's site and products or services.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed contact center metrics while providing excellent customer service
Applicants must be 18 years and over and legally eligible to work in St. Lucia.
Must have experience in related field - (call center, retail, hospitality or food service)
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have a background in Sales or Accounts
Must be fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication.
Positive Attitude and Energy
Excellent Phone voice
Outstanding customer service and active listening skills
Computer literacy - Typing 25 words per minute. MS Word/Excel.
Self-motivated and able to adapt to and comprehend business processes and procedural changes
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
