A reputable organization in the Health Regulation Sector is seeking a suitably qualified individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
Perform routine office and clerical tasks.
Prepare official documents including minutes and reports.
Perform basic accounting functions.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate Degree in Office /Business Administration or equivalent.
A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar or related position.
SKILLS AND DESIRED QUALITIES:
Highly committed with a Strong Work Ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software would be an asset.
