We at Duty Free Shoppers are expanding and are currently recruiting for the position of Consumer and Market Insights Analyst to join our fast-paced and high productivity E-commerce team.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate current and future category and consumer trend cycles on a global basis within the Beauty, Health, and Wellness industry, identifying strengths and weaknesses within ingredients, categories, channels, markets, and target brands.
Help develop a research process that impacts business development, new brand development, and investments.
Utilize internal data sources to evaluate market, category, brand, and SKU level analysis.
Be able to regularly present findings to internal and external stakeholders with concise insight briefs, complete with suggested action steps.
Act as a business intelligence resource.
Coordinate competitor tracking.
Generally be available for research sprint projects, as needed.
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Sales or Marketing.
Minimum 2 years experience in an analysis oriented role is preferred.
Strong written and verbal skills, particularly pertaining to insights.
Experience in beauty, fashion, wellness or adjacent category is a plus.
Strong in mathematical and statistical processes.
Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable user of Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office Suite of Apps, online research tools, Tableau or Microsoft BI.
