We at Duty Free Shoppers are currently recruiting for the position of Account Executive to join our fast-paced and high productivity E-commerce team.

As an Account Executive you will be required to manage the relationship between clients and our company. This role's main responsibility is to understand the expectations of our clients and the performance expectations of our company. That understanding should be used to ensure that internal work streams are planned to meet or exceed the identified measures of success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of projects on key accounts working closely with all departments in the agency.

Assist in oversight of the development of marketing plans, performance reports, status updates, and any other presentations necessary to maintain strong and transparent relationships with our clients.

Manage projects from conception to completion working closely with various departments.

Demonstrate keen attention to detail and a willingness to ensure task-by-task completion of client initiatives and strategies.

Develop an understanding of clients’ business including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers, and competitors in the marketplace.

Qualifications/Skills:

Previous experience in sales or marketing an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company specific software.

Enthusiastic and passionate with a genuine desire to learn quickly and apply knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma in Business, Sales or Marketing would be an asset.
