Qualification/Education

• Degree in Business Administration I Management
• Minimum of 3 years' working in the optical dispensing field in a supervisory position
• Must possess a strong background in a retail environment
• Proven track record of ability to inspire and motivate team members Strong planning and organizational ability, and exceptional communication skills
• Acute problem solving skills, and detail oriented

• Competent in optical adjustments, repairs, prescription interpretation and quality assurance
• Strong customer service skills highly motivated by targets
