The Cell – Customer Service Representative – SOUTH

THE CELL would like to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE REP- responsible for ensuring an extraordinary customer experience with a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
This individual will be required to perform the following duties:
- Deliver and ensure a superior level of customer service- function as a customer experience advocate
- Welcome customers to our store, determine customer’s wants and needs through observation and interaction, build rapport with customers, upsell, thank customers & invite them to come again
- Follow directions, absorb & execute information quickly
- Work in a team environment to meet and exceed assigned goals
- Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
- Ensure the standard and image of the outlet is maintained
- Resolve customer complaints with optimal solutions
- Communicate marketing programs to customers
- Assist managers with inventory maintenance
- Manage cash drawer
- Prepare bank deposits, balance cash drawer & reconcile
- Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technology and devices
Requirements:
- Secondary School Completion with CXC’s or GCE O’ minimum grade level 2 in English Language and Mathematics
- Telecommunications industry knowledge is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer centric approach to retail
- Upbeat demeanor, with a sales-oriented personality
- Work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate what may be required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
