SGD Engineering Services Company is seeking suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of: Road Sales Executive
The selected individual will be responsible for the sales of products and services around St. Lucia. This is a commission based position. The selected individual will be the first direct point of contact with customers and clients. They will be responsible for growing and developing the client base and ensuring customers /client’s needs and expectations are met.
Requirements
- Individual MUST own a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s licence
It is expected that the individual possesses the following attributes:
- At least 1-2 years of similar work experience.
- Experience in sales\retail sales environment OR Any suitable combination of qualification is a plus
- Ability to Identify new potential clients, by cold calling, development of leads by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients, or through personal and professional networking.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- To maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned by management.
- Able to meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
