Do you have a progressive career path with a sound training and development background?
Can you compile and analyze information to develop training materials to deliver to audiences of varying sizes on business, personal development and professional management concepts?
Can you liaise with managers and interview employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs?
Have you worked in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry?
- A Bachelor’s degree (BSc.) in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology or a business related discipline
- At least three years’ experience as a trainer
- Completion of the FLMI is highly desirable
- A high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent presentation, strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- High level of confidence, energy and enthusiasm
- Previous experience in the financial services industry would be an asset
