Restaurant Managers (Rodney Bay & Cul De Sac)

Primary Responsibility
To ensure the restaurants meet and exceed established targets for sales, and to participate in hiring, training and coaching of team members in accordance with CHAMPS and YUM standards
Qualifying Requirements:
  • Associate’s Degree/Training in a professional/specialized area
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in fast food/supervisory experience
  • Health card

Restaurant Supervisors (All restaurant locations)

Primary Responsibility
To serve as a shift leader “Chief Customer Officer” in the restaurant, coach and train the team for operational excellence; recognize and motivate team, ensure adherence to food safety standards, product quality and available and company policies and procedures.
Qualifying Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Management/Hospitality Studies OR minimum two (2) years experience in a supervisor capacity
  • Health Card
