The Role

As a Brand Manager, you should be enthusiastic about sales, with the ability to foresee and effectively respond to market trends, be organized and methodical and able to drive customer demand while building strong customer relations
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will be expected to generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Qualifying Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales or other related discipline from a reputable institution plus two years experience in sales at a managerial or supervisory level or an advanced diploma in a related field with five years experience at a managerial level in sales
  • Must be passionate about sales and building strong relations
  • Must have an engaging manner and an ability to listen actively, using diplomacy and clear logic to influence and persuade
  • Should have a can-do attitude and an unfailing aptitude to deliver
  • Must have proven leadership and decision making ability
  • Must have strong time management, planning and organizing ability
  • Must have a proven ability to work well with teams as well as the ability to work independently
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is a necessity
  • Experience in project management will be an asset
