Requirements: (Waiter,waitress,Hostess, Mixologist)

  • Applicants must be 18 and over
  • Must have at least one year in the hospitality industry.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Must be friendly and outgoing
  • Must have excellent customer service skills

Requirements: (Manager and Assistant manager)

  • Will be responsible for welcoming guests and socializing during meal times.
  • Supervises and supports professional welcoming and sales oriented food and beverage service.
  • Ensures absolute cleanliness and order in accordance with health department rules.
  • Organizes and executes food and beverage related functions and special events.
  • Manages and motivates the service staff.
  • Manages cost control inventory in accordance to company`s budget and standards.
  • Manages work schedules
  • Responsible for for cost control and adherence to company`s budgets.
  • Qualifications: High school Graduate or Equivalent

Requirements: (Cooks)

  • Ensures that all dishes are presented with the highest standard.
  • Must have a passion for seafood cuisine
  • Works well with other persons.
  • Ensures that the legal and company requirements are met in terms of hygiene.
  • Needs to be up to date with stock checking.
  • Qualifications: High school Graduate or Equivalent

Requirements: (Porters)

  • Must be able to work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Follows company`s protocol in respect to hygienic practices.
  • Works well with others.
