POST OF TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS CLERK
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for appointment to the post of TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS CLERK with the Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL) at its Headquarters located in Saint Lucia to assist with accurately populating ECTEL’s main accounting system.
This assignment will be conducted over a six (6) month period commencing from 1st June 2021.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The successful candidate must possess:
Minimum of a Diploma in Management Studies
CAT ACCA Level 1, or equivalent with at least 2 years’ formal experience in the accounting field
Demonstrated knowledge and applied work experience in accounting with high level knowledge and experience working with SAGE Accounting Software
Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
The ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment; and
The ability to observe and maintain confidentiality in the performance of duties.
The compensation is set at Grade 2 and is free of income tax.
