Property Services Supervisor

To lead, supervise and coordinate the efficient daily operations of the property services departments including the public areas, laundry and guest rooms, and landscaping (as needed) to maintain hygiene, safety, aesthetic value, comfort, and high-quality personalized guest service, while maintaining costs in line with the established budget.

Conducts documented training and developmental activities to ensure team members have the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties pertaining to their respective functions in line with service and productivity expectations.

Prepares reports, work schedules, inventory records and completes all other required administrative duties as requested to develop a database for improved management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities.

To execute all duties relevant to the cleanliness and presentation of rooms, public spaces and laundry operations to ensure all hygiene and presentation standards are adhered to and exceptional service is delivered to both internal and external guests within a luxury environment.
