Full-Time Players Services Representative
Receive cash from customers, verify amount received and amount for credit to machine; add credits to Video Lottery Terminals as requested and paid in advance by customers; Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Cashier capacity. Able to work flexible hours and days.




Full-Time Waiters/Waitresses
Responsible for ensuring players have a positive experience by exhibiting excellent customer service. Duties include greeting players and taking their orders, communicating with the Restaurant and Bar, and carrying food or beverages to the correct tables/players. Minimum of two [2] years’ experience in a similar capacity. Able to work flexible hours and days.
Marketing Relationship & Loyalty Representatives- for the North
Must be revenue-driven with Marketing/Sales/Promoting experience of over twelve (12) months. Able to work flexible hours and days. Must have infectious high energy with excellent customer service. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
Lead Marketing Relationship Representatives- South
Must be revenue-driven with Marketing/Sales/Promoting experience of over two (2) years. Supervisory experience is needed. Able to work flexible hours and days. Must have infectious high energy with excellent customer service. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.




Technicians
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a technical capacity. Extensive knowledge of electronics, computers, or mechanical repairs. The operation of video poker machines and the installation and operation of gaming machine systems would be an advantage. Excellent troubleshooting skills will be an asset. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
Greeters
Welcomes and greets each player as they enter, answers questions along with directing them to the terminals for play. Should be professional and personable, with excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to work flexible hours and days.
Full-Time Office Cleaners
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity. You are required to use cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the offices and gaming floor. Need to have great time management, be efficient and be attentive to detail. Able to work flexible hours and days.
Gaming Surveillance Officers
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity. should also possess the following qualities: Decision-making skills, patience, attention to detail, and Observation skills. Experience in using audio and video equipment in an observation room. Able to work flexible hours and days.
