𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
Responsible for the wellbeing of the business and the people who work at East Winds, this role is challenging and busy. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands the balance of the needs of the people and the business, and has a strong knowledge of the St Lucian Labour Law. The ability to work at senior management level, confidentiality, good communication skills and a strong character are all a must to succeed in this role.
𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟
A Junior Cook / Chef with at least 12 months’ experience in a commercial kitchen is required for this exciting opportunity. As a business we are keen to give our Chefs as much opportunity as possible to learn and progress. A creative Executive Chef holds the team to high standards. Reliability, honesty and a hunger to learn are required to succeed in this role.

East Winds is set in a beautiful and ancient tropical garden, developed from natural rainforest in the 1950’s our team have love and pride for our beautiful garden. If you are a hard worker with a love for gardens, then this role will be perfect for you.

Working as part of a team to look after our guest rooms, this temporary position will give you a chance to learn about housekeeping for the first time or enjoy working as part of a dedicated and high quality team while one of our employees is on maternity leave.

Are you an experienced sailor who is a good communicator, confident at using and teaching water sports skills to guests on holiday. A strong swimmer, an experienced water sports person and a fun personality is what you need for this role.
