M & C Home Depot - Berger Paints Sales Representative
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customers. Join our dynamic sales team and be apart of our continued success. Represent one of the Caribbean’s leading paint manufacturers as a paint solutions expert in the local market, responsible for generating sales and assisting in the launching of new Berger Paints products.
Key Functions
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the market’s potential & trends, track sales and status reports
- Maintain existing client base and conduct client need analysis
- Identify and secure growth opportunities within current client base and identify new sales opportunties
- Manage clients’ overall needs and requirements
- Conduct sales presentations to existing and potential clients
- Prepare quotations and tenders
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Ensure sales orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner
- Build strategic relationships with clients and manage positive relationships
- Provide strong client support ensuring that customer service standards are maintained
Applicant Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) CXC passes at General Level including Mathematics & English Language
- a minimum of two years’ sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to set and execute department and organizational goals
- Must own or have access to a vehicle with two (2) years minimum driving experience and a valid driver’s license
Applicant must be a strong team player, well organized with strong analytical and time management skills, able to work under pressure and to maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness, flexible and reliable.
