Loader Operator

Job Summary: The Loader Operator is responsible for the proper care and operation of their equipment and for maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to load and unload material as required

Follows yard guidelines to maintain a safe working environment (i.e. speed limits, etc.)

Maintains a positive and professional demeanor

Stock piling of material aggregate/sand

Provides service to customers as needed

Assists with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles

Operates company equipment safely

Ensures equipment is maintained according to company standards and customer contracts

Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

At least 3 to 4 years of experience with operating a loader

Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen

Use hand tools to maintain and repair equipment

Lift heavy objects as needed

Understand instructions from supervisory positions, both written and verbal

Possess excellent communication skills.

Able to perform various physical components such as: constant climbing, walking, lifting and pushing.
