VACANCY: Receptionist
Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or similar-level training in Business Administration or Office Administration.
  • Computer and Computer systems proficient, including MS office suite of programs.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Ability to remain composed under pressure of situations or deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or other presentation form.
  • Resourceful and innovative with a friendly, welcoming attitude and disposition.
  • Must maintain confidentiality of both written documentation and conversation.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Inbound call management
  • Frontline / face of the company for in-person visitors, vendors and service providers.
  • Reviews the Visitor Log
  • Manages travel arrangement for visiting clients (transportation, hotel accommodation)
  • Concierge service for visiting employees and clients.
  • Performs stenographic duties as requested by the Site Director or the HR Manager.
  • Purchases and manages an optimum stock of consumable items (stationary, kitchenette and restroom consumables etc.) to satisfy staff and business needs.
