An opportunity exists for a customer-oriented, positive and driven team player at J.E. Bergasse & Company Ltd. for the position of Administrative Assistant attached to The Document Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support and will assist in ensuring efficient workflow and production of high quality work.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A minimum of 5 CSEC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English A
- Experience in a customer service role or retail would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism at all times
- Must be willing to improve skills and develop as opportunities arise
