Job Requirements & Specifications
The person for whom we are searching will be required to:
Have excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Have good eyesight and hearing. Glasses accepted. Neat and clean appearance.
Be able to work flexible hours.
Friendly personality while commanding respect; ability to work under pressure while remaining calm.
Diploma, Associate Degree, or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Technology or Engineering.
Alert, quick thinking, analytic.
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Be proficient in using/administering Software in a Microsoft environment.
Able to work independently and as a team,
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.



Desirable
Prior experience as a Customer Service Engineer (CSE) in a customer service-oriented organization
Have an understanding and Experience working in Linux and Apple OS Environments
Remuneration: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
