Promotions Visibility Executive (South Region)

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: Execution of activations and or promotions in the trade, to drive achievement of sales targets and support customer business ambitions.
Execute promotions at the ON premise outlets to required service standard for maximum promotional exposure.
Coordinate weekly meeting with Sales Executives to fine tune the promotion mechanics and prizes.
Assist On Premise Channel Coordinator in preparing the mechanics for activations.
Ensure all material needed for activations are on hand at least one (1) week before the activation execution date.
Liaise with customer on the outlet promotions and ensure execution is planned and executed to required standard.
Deployment of visibility in the trade when necessary.
Ensure promotional communication is placed at outlets to be activated one (1) week before the promotion date.
Brand the outlets/events for promotions within the stipulated time frame before the start of the promotion.
Ensure the breakdown/removal of all communication items after all promotions.
Prepare post activation evaluations for all activations and Promote activations on social media.
Deliver on planning and execution of PICOS.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing/Management
Three (3) years or more customer service or promotional experience in a commercial environment.
Knowledge of the fundamentals of Marketing and coordination or people and resources.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment with competing demands and prioritize tasks
Ability to communicate in Creole would be an asset
Islandwide knowledge and familiarity with road network.
Knowledge of beverage industry, trade insight and understanding.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong collaborator, able to drive results through others
Ability to interact and communicate with multiple levels within the organization
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret, report and communicate results
Proven track record in delivering to deadline and ability to work independently
Organised, detail oriented, proactive and not afraid to challenge
