Grow Resources Inc., a division of US based lease management software and services pioneer, Property Works, is actively recruiting. The License & Permits Processor will provide support and complement our suite of Commercial Real Estate service offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess;

An Associates Degree.

At least 5 years professional experience in an office/ administrative setting.

The ability to research, analyze, and log data effectively.

The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Good attention to detail and the ability to think critically.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to speak English fluently to communicate with our US-based clients.

Ability to work within a team and be a self-starter.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
