Global Category Manager - La Fe Brand (Global Category Management Unit)
Reporting to the Managing Director of Grace Foods Limited, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the collaboration management initiatives and processes to deliver to the La Fe Brand growth and development objectives for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop through collaboration, global growth plans for the La Fe category
  • Ensure that category objectives/targets (revenue, gross margin and brand affinity) are achieved each year
  • Ongoing market and competitive analysis
  • Continuous tracking of Customer Insights and trends through partnership with leading organizations like IRi and Mintel
  • Defined Marketing Strategy and Executional Plans
  • Deliver time-sensitive responses to changing market or competitive conditions

Academic/Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s level degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years experience in Marketing or commercial function in FMCG at a senior level
  • Sound working knowledge of consumer research techniques, market analysis, brand management and new product development process
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish desirable) and candidates should preferably reside in St. Lucia

  • Sound business and financial acumen
