- 5 Years’ Experience
- Knowledge of different pastry techniques and plated desserts
- Efficient at cake making
- Creative and innovative in making desserts, bread making
- Self sufficient
- Team player
- Must be able to work different shifts
- Must be eligible to work in St. Lucia
- References required
