VACANCY ALERT: HOME BASED MARKET RESEARCH & IT SUPPORT PERSONNEL-SOUTHERN EXTENSION
Job Description:
We at Duty Free Shoppers are currently looking to expand our team and we are recruiting a Market Research Officer who can provide IT support. Candidate must be from the south of the island. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Market research conducted by surfing the web, accessing Duty Free Industry, travel related products.
· Responding promptly and accurately to research enquiries from associate group and customer inquiries related to DF industry products.
· Tasks assigned by the phone/email and to provide necessary timely response/ support through “Internet Based Market Research”
· Daily maintenance of all computers and providing any other IT assistance if needed.
Qualifications:
· Four O Level’s including English and Maths.
· Experience in the IT field
· Must have strong communication skills.
· Good reading/comprehension skills.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail.
· Punctuality/ discipline is a must.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Microsoft Excel
· Can work well in a team.
