Boslil Bank Limited is currently seeking applications for suitably qualified persons to fill the following position.

CLIENT RELATIONS ASSISTANT

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

To form an integral part of the client relationship management process and provide professional, personal and
superior quality customer service to all existing clients and prospective clients.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first line of contact for the Bank’s
customers.
Manage relationships with clients, with the aim of
providing excellent customer service and
expanding the use of services offered by Boslil.
Knowledgeable about clients, client transactions
and client financial relationships i.e., how Boslil
can fit into their financial needs.
Accurate handling of clients’ transactions within
core banking platform.
Facilitate the opening and closing of client
accounts.
Engage in constant communication with clients
via telephone and email.
Prompt attendance to all queries and
correspondence from clients and correspondent
banks, including SWIFT- related requests.
Maintain up to date and accurate records of
clients’ information.
Cognizant of business development opportunities
and refer leads to the Loans and Business
Development departments.
Facilitate clients with the opening of credit card
accounts.
Assist clients with accessing their account
information via eBanking

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Three A-Levels or CAPE passes in Accounting/
Business/Economics/Finance/International
Relations or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
Two years’ experience working in a similar
environment would be desired
Ability to speak a foreign language would be
considered advantageous
International exposure and an understanding of
international business cultures would be an asset
Intermediate computer skills/knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite
