Job Summary
Celebrate With Confetti is looking for friendly, animated people with fun, outgoing personalities to bring activities and events to life. At CWC , we love the joy that comes from entertaining children and children at heart. Come share that joy with us today. Join our team as a kids’ entertainer by greeting guests, shaking hands, posing for pictures, and giving hugs and mini performances. Kids entertainers or performers also act as an escort to assist with guest interactions.
- We cast performers in the 4'10" to 6'2" height range.
- You must be able to perform in extreme temperatures.
- You must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Performance experience is a plus, but not required.
- A variety of employment periods are available:
- You must be at least 16 years old at the time of the audition.
Prepare for the Audition
- Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows a full range of movement with athletic or dance shoes (no jeans, please).
- Please arrive early enough to stretch and warm up before the audition begins.
- Kids entertainer auditions are based primarily on movement and physical coordination.
- You will be asked to learn a simple dance combination or participate in improvisational exercises.
- Prepare a resume and headshot, which will be retained by the interviewer.
Requirements:
- Customer Service experience
- Fluency in English and ability to make public presentations
- Experience in marketing
- Ability to use social media platforms
- Computer literate
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Intermediate to advance dance skills and vocal skills are an asset
- Experience in Theatre arts
