Blue Sky Luxury, formerly Tropical Villas (St. Lucia) Ltd., is the leading Luxury Holiday Home

and Property Management company in St. Lucia. We are currently expanding our Reservations

Department and are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Reservations Team.

Reservations Sales Agent

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The Reservations Sales Agent will be the company’s primary liaison with guests and agents and will

work with all team members to ensure that all guests and stakeholders receive excellent customer

service.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Have in-depth knowledge of our portfolio of Luxury

Holiday Homes and sites and attractions in St. Lucia

 Manage all guest enquiries

 Manage all aspects of guest bookings including the

collection of payments

 Manage any cancellations in keeping with the company’s

cancellation policy

 Liaise with all stakeholders: Homeowners, Tour

Operators, Agents, Property Managers/ Concierges and

Guests

 Motivated to meet and exceed personal objectives,

including sales revenue and productivity targets

 Develop and encourage repeat business through

outstanding guest service

 Prepare all required reports for Management

 Provide the Marketing Team with the relevant information

about the villas to ensure they can market the villas

effectively

 Ensure that Marketing Material is shared with all

stakeholders as required

 5 day work week, which will include some weekends and

public holidays

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 Associate Degree from an accredited College/University

in the following areas: Business, Marketing, Hospitality,

Tourism or equivalent combination of education and

experience.

 2 to 3 years professional experience in a related field

would be beneficial.

 Working knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.

 Previous experience working with a Reservations Software &/or Sales Experience would be an asset.

 Valid Driver’s License would be required.
