Blue Investments (St. Lucia) Ltd is seeking to recruit an energetic & highly motivated professional for the position of Operations & Finance Officer.
The job incumbent is responsible for the routine operations of the company in accordance with its goals and objectives by ensuring efficient property, tenant and general administration and the timely and accurate discharge of financial functions for Blue Investments Ltd and its subsidiary/related companies.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Dynamic personality with good negotiating skills
  • Good understanding of property management, operations and associated policies and procedures.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must exercise high degree of confidentiality, discretionary judgement, initiative and tact.
  • Self-starter, able to work effectively without supervision
Education & Experience:
  • First degree in a business-related field
  • Five years’ experience in a business environment
  • Valid licence and access to vehicle preferable but not compulsory
