Position: Bilingual Call Center Agents – Contact Center

Go Answer is a world-class BPO with the mission of exceeding the expectations of our clients, (and their clients), one extraordinary customer experience at a time. We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven Bilingual Contact Center Agents to join our team in Rodney Bay, St. Lucia!
Our agents should be fluent in French English or Spanish English to greet and assist our customers with enthusiasm and confidence.
Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner.
Deliver amazing customer service by connecting with your customer and demonstrating a caring and empathetic approach during each engagement
Addressing complaints, queries and feedback from our clients and patiently providing the best possible solutions.
Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve positive connections by going the extra mile.
Develop a thorough understanding of client's products and services.
Follow account procedures and/or scripts with a personal touch.
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the client's site and products or services.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed contact center metrics while providing excellent customer service
Applicants must be 18 years and over and be legally eligible to work in St. Lucia.
Must have experience in related field - (call center, retail, hospitality or food service)
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Must be fluent in French and English.
Exceptional verbal and written communication.

Outstanding customer service and active listening skills
Computer literacy - Typing 25 words per minute. MS Word/Excel.
Self-motivated and able to adapt to and comprehend business processes and procedural changes
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
