Bank of Saint Lucia - Claims Officer
Bank of Saint Lucia Limited is a dynamic & professional financial services institution and is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position within the EC Global Insurance Agency: CLAIMS OFFICER
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing claims and policy files to ascertain coverage
- Liaising with service providers (police, loss adjusters, garages, lawyers etc)
- Negotiating claims settlements with relevant parties
- Preparing relevant claim documents
- Responding to emails and queries in a timely manner
- Interviewing claimants
- Liaising with principal on reserves and queries
Qualifications/Experience Required
- Diploma in Insurance, Business or related field
- Certification in Property and Motor Insurance
- A minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in property and motor insurance claims
- Intermediate knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
