Anse Chastanet Resort - Assistant Restaurant Manager/Sommelier
The successful applicant should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service Operations and 2 years experience in a 4 - 5 start restaurant or
- Associate degree in Food and Beverage/Restaurant Service Operations and 4 years experience in a 4 - 5 Star Restaurant
- Proven Food and Beverage Management experience
- Proficiency in preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Proficiency in designing exceptional menus
- Understanding of, and proficiency in, compliance to HACCP standards
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- A focus on time and resource management
- The ability to engage Food and Beverage Service Staff through the fostering of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Software Applications
- Leadership and project execution expertise
