Agostini Insurance Brokers (St. Lucia) Ltd., is seeking individuals who are customer-oriented, positive, and driven team players to join our team of dedicated staff in providing excellent service as an Administrative Assistant:
Qualifications/Abilities:
A minimum of 5 CSEC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English A
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
Excellent time management skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Reliable and dependable
Ability to maintain high level of professionalism at all times
Must be willing to improve skills and develop as opportunities arise
Ability to do reconciliations and interpret basic accounts
Principal Responsibilities
Filing of Policies
Request quotations from Insurance Companies
Follow-up with customers and provide after-sales service
Undertake special projects as required
Assist the Accounts Officer
Remuneration:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
