Agostini Insurance Brokers (St. Lucia) Ltd - Accounts Officer
Agostini Insurance Brokers (St. Lucia) Ltd., a reputable leader in insurance brokerage is seeking a very meticulous, positive and collaborative individual to fill the post of Accounts Officer. This individual must be knowledgeable of MS Suite, have excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), analytical, and must be able to communicate and relate effectively with individuals at all levels of the firm.
Job Summary
The Accounts Officer will be responsible for providing full accounting services for the firm including but not limited to accounts payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and preparation of management account information.
Job Requirements
  • At least an Associate Degree in Accounting , Finance or any related field
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in similar position (experience in the insurance industry would be an asset)
  • Experienced and demonstrated use of accounting software (knowledge and/or experience with the Power Broker software would be an asset)
  • Experienced in preparing audit schedules for external auditors
  • Ability to prepare and interpret financial documentation and reports
  • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
