Accounting Specialist I and Accounting Specialist II Vacancies
Grow Resources Inc., a division of US based lease management software and services pioneer, Property Works, is actively recruiting Accounting Specialists. The Accounting Specialists provide transaction processing services to our bookkeeping clients. With attention to detail and strong time management skills, the incumbent will manage back-office accounting functions to deliver accurate and timely financials to our clients. The successful candidates will be able to work independently or with a team and have an aptitude to learn new technologies in a changing environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 2-4 years professional accounting experience
Knowledge and experience using accounting software applications
Knowledge of month-end close processes in a small business environment
The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
The ability to remain organized and meet client deadlines
Excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical skills

Ability to work within a team and be a self-starter
Ability to think critically and exercise sound judgement
Previous experience with full charge bookkeeping preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to speak English fluently to communicate with our US-based clients.
Hands-on experience with QBO or Xero.
NetSuite experience a plus.
Meets the requirements of Accounting Specialist I +
At least 4 – 6 years progressively responsible professional accounting experience
Knowledge and experience using QBO, Xero (preferred) or other accounting software applications
Ability to proficiently manage multiple client deadlines
Candidates will be provided with training and be required to complete certification in both QuickBooks Online and Xero within the first 30 days of employment.
