A vacancy exists for the position of Office Coordinator in the Department of People and Culture.
The successful applicant will be responsible for performing the following duties among others:
Responsible for the smooth operation of the Department of People and Culture.
Intercepting all incoming calls for the Director of People and Culture, screening them diplomatically.
Assist in the development and delivery of Human Resource services as they are assigned.
Assist with implementing of HR policies, practices and procedures.
Ensure employee compliance with Resort policies.
Prepare employment contracts, offer and acceptance letters.
Coordinate social activities and programs.
Perform other related duties assigned form time to time.
Projecting a favorable image of the Resort and foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance.
Applicants must possess:
A sound academic background with knowledge of computer operations in the following programs: (Microsoft: Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Publisher).
A passion for people and exceeding their expectations
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Sound judgment and decision making ability
Knowledge and ability to interprete relevant labour legislation and National Insurance laws.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in an organized manner.
Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resource.
