Vacancy - Sales Data Analyst (Vieux Fort)
Reports To: The Sales Data Analyst will report directly to the Sales Director
Job Overview: The main responsibilities of the Sales Data Analyst will be to provide reporting, analysis, and advice to boost sales productivity. The Sales Data Analyst would collaborate with sales, engineering, product development, and other teams in the organization to help achieve company goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Keep up to date on daily sales stats and send out updated reports to sales team.
- Working with sales agents and management, tracking and updating multiple reports in real time
- Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
- Creating pivot tables and automated reporting geared towards sales productivity
- Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
- Build predictive models
- Present information using data visualization techniques
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on sales productivity.
- Experience working with and creating data architectures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
