VACANCY - TEAM MEMBER
Real Foods Inc., the franchise holder for the KFC brand in St. Lucia, is looking to recruit Team Members for its growing operations.
The Team Member will be responsible for ensuring adherence to food safety standards and product quality and availability.




Duties include but are not limited to:
Serving customers in a timely manner
Clearly communicating with customers and fellow employees
Maintaining proper food handling and safety standards
Following recipes accurately and maintaining the food preparation processes
Maintaining cleanliness
Providing exceptional customer service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills




WORKING CONDITIONS
Restaurant environment - Must be able to work on feet for extended periods.
Must be able to withstand changes in temperature.
