We're looking for an experienced, creative and strategic Sales and Marketing Officer to help
grow the reach and visibility of our education initiatives across OECS member states.

across the OECS.

The Role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will play a vital role in advancing the mission of the National
Research and Development Foundation (NRDF) by promoting our academic programs,
professional development offerings, and strategic educational partnerships. This role combines
sales, marketing, and stakeholder engagement to increase program enrollment, enhance brand
visibility, and support the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote both online and in-person
education programs.
• Drive student recruitment through lead generation, outreach, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, government agencies, donors, and
private sector organizations.
• Assist in developing group and corporate training packages.
• Build strong relationships with potential students, corporate clients, and partner with
Financial Institutions to assist in student financing.
• Collaborate with the external Social Media Consultant to enhance the organization’s digital
presence (website, email marketing, social media).
• Organize and participate in public engagement events such as information sessions,
webinars, and education fairs.
• Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics.
• Contribute to proposal development and fundraising communication materials.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or Business, with an emphasis on Sales
• Minimum 5 years in a sales, marketing, or public relations role (education or nonprofit
preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the education sector in the OECS
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, CRM, email marketing
