Maintenance Technician
Are you a hands-on maintenance professional with a passion for equipment reliability and
operational excellence? Blue Waters St. Lucia Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to
support plant operations through effective maintenance practices, safety compliance, and
technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and
infrastructure.
• Use CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo) to log maintenance activities and track
equipment performance.
• Assist with equipment installations and support capital projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment
failures.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and internal safety protocols.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and support procurement processes.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize
performance.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree MBA or Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or
Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or beverage
production environment.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems such as Maximo.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies
• Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Technical knowledge of motors, controllers, and circuits
• Inventory & Stores Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and safety awareness

Working Conditions
May require extended hours, weekend shifts, and on-call availability. Use of PPE and
physical activity (lifting, climbing, standing) is required.
